NiceDay Nederland: A New Face
NiceDay was in need of a new look and feel to their website and had not refreshed their look for 3 years. The direction and offering of the company had changed since its initial development and there was an increased need to have alterative ways to attract new customers.
Problem
People who visited the NiceDay company website did not understand what the product was and what NiceDay could offer - hindering the first step in making a real connection with the customer.

Snapshots of the Design Sprint
The Design Sprint spanned an intense 5 days, kicked off by us defining our challenges, understanding them together, on to crafting solutions as a team, conducting user testing, and finally wrapping up by determining the team's next steps. Below are some of the progress snapshots from our sprint.
Day 1
Defining the challenge, expert talks, How Might We’s, creating user flow and user journey
Image: User journey and starting with How Might We’s
Image: Sketches from the whole team and digital heatmaps for what should be in the new website
Day 2
Ideate solutions: lightning demos, sketch “together alone”, heat map voting
Day 3
Start prototyping, preparing for test (of the riskiest assumptions), and scheduling
First high-fidelity prototype of the new website
Key takeaways
The website creation Design Sprint successfully aligned the overall product vision across the entire company bringing a more cohesive and stronger understanding of the collective goals.
Careful copywriting choices played a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing trust. This approach was also adopted by the marketing and commercial team for further external communications.
The Design Sprint condensed what would typically take two months of work into one intense week. This accelerated pace not only maximized our efficiency but also allowed us to achieve significant progress within a short timeframe.
